Matt,
You won't believe what I spent a part of today doing; I played the organ at a morg sac. mtg. My fam. was with pseudoaunt's extended fam. on both sides. We went to Catholic mass yesterday and LDS service today (just sac. mtg.) organist got sick. there were like eight organists in the combined families, and I drew the short straw. Opening Hymn;
"With Wondering Awe"
Sac Hymn:
"upon the Cross at Calvary"
Closing Hymn:
"Far, Far Away on Judea's Plains"

I played J. S. Bach for prelude and G.F. Handel for postlude even though I've heard the LDS now prefer hymns just because beggars can't exactly be choosers, and besides, it's not exactly as thouse I was playing the Dead Kennedys or Guns and Roses.

In most other civilized churches I would have at least been offered payment, but not in the church that doesn't even pay its toilet scrubbers. I suppose it was OK for me to display a bit of Christian charity.
